How Can I Play My Guitar Through An Amp At A Moderate Volume Level In An Apartment?

I am about to move from a house to an apartment. I play mostly heavy metal, and I like to play with my volume up to at least three or four. I have a 100 watt Marshall Super Lead amp, so it is a pretty big monster. Is there a way I can soundproof the room, or around the amp, so that I don’t disturb all the neighbors?

My Rca Mp3 Player Is Not Loud Enough At Full Volume How Can I Increase The Volume? Need Different Headphones?

Even on full volume the RCA pearl is not loud enough. I bought some headphones with a volume control on cord. Can the headphones and MP3 player be reset some how to increase volume? If so how? Is it the Mp3 player or headphones?
