What Is The Best Music Organizer, Mp3 Library Managing Software?

I am looking for software for mac or PC that will organize a large mp3 library. It needs to be able to find duplicates, and automatically name and tag non named mp3’s. I have seen some that tag one song at a time using shazam like databases. I need it to do many at once or batch. I don’t mind paying for this software. Thanks in advance for your help.
