How Many Songs Can These Mp3 Players Hold If They Each Have A Gig Of Memory?

One is a regular mp3 player with a screen that says it holds up to 250 songs.
The other is one of those shuffles(not an iPOD) with no screen thats like a flash drive and it says it holds 600 something songs.
