What Normally Happens With The House In A Divorce?

We own a house, have 2 kids. Neither of us could probably afford the mortgage on our own. If I stayed, it would be pretty tight making the payments. What are my options here? If I divorce, should I try to keep the house? If not, does one of us have to stay there and try to sell it? The house has not been kept up very well. There is work that needs done, so it would be hard to sell without spending some money.

What Happens When Renters Get A Divorce?

I live in a multi-unit building. A couple who has the best unit in the building seems to be going through a nasty divorce - might even be a restraining order involved. They’ve definitely seperated. They have the best unit in the building and if it became vacant I would like to move there. I was wondering if the chances of the apt becoming vacant are any greater in light of the divorce? What happens when a married couple rents a place and then splits up? A rented apt is not like a house that can be sold and the profits split. One spouse has rented the apt for 10 yrs, 5 yrs before they met. Presumably they’re both on the lease now. Would the original tenant/spouse get to stay? Is there a general way these things go, or does it vary wildly?
Sorry if this makes me look like an awful person. I’m not happy they are divorcing, though all the other tenants and I would be happy if both of them were gone, since they are both violent alcoholics and obnoxious neighbors.

What Happens If Both Parents In A Divorce Claim Their Kids On Their Taxes?

What Happens If A Toy Poddle Eats To Much Sugar?

My toy puddle just ate about five chinese sugar doughnuts and is now whinning a lot. Her belly feels hard, she ate them about 30 mins ago while i was in the shower. Will she be okay? I’m waiting for a call back from the vet but sometimes it takes them a while to call back, any suggestions to make her feel better in the mean time?

What Happens During A Divorce With A House And A Mortgage?

My situation is this. My mom wants to go through a divorce from my dad after being separated (not legally) for more than 6 years. All this time my mom has been paying off mortgage payments for the house herself among other bills. If they go through the divorce process, can my dad legally get a piece of the house when my mom sells it? Can anyone shed some light in this.

It use to be that you had to go to school and pay to learn stuff. Now, there is a plethora of free how to videos out there that allow you to learn at your leisure…and for free :)
