What Is The Toy Advertised On The Saturday Cartoons That Is A Tower Where You Can Grow Stuffed Animals Inside?

It was also described as “tall”. It is on the commercials during the Saturday morning cartoons on WB - I think during Dinosaur King. What is the name of the product so I can buy it for him? Thanks!
