I Am Working On Self-improvement. How Can I Be Less Passive-aggressive And More Healthy And Positive?

November 21st, 2009 by admin | Filed under self improvement.

Hi, I am in a period of self-growth and recently noticed that I sometimes display some passive-aggressive behavior, particularly towards my boyfriend, whom I love very much. I would like to replace this unhealthy response with a more positive reaction.
Anyone have any advice for me? I appreciate it, thanks.

I have a story to you and hope you appreciate it…
“There was a man who changes everything about her friend. He would say Do not wear mini shorts! I do not like it ; Do not do these and that things; and so on and so forth and the will just obey his boyfriend about things and things. Their long relationship is enough to plan for their marriage but then suddenly the boy said ‘I want to broke up with you’. How sad really.
Wanna know why? Because he sees the image of himself in the her . And nobody searches for a partner with the same characteristics as himself. It looks boring.
If you want to have a good relationship with your boyfriend, try to be independent on the things and things. Decide what you want and act as you desire.
You can be more positive if you just believe in yourself.

Change your mind and the rest will follow. We have to think positively if we want to change our behavior Its all in the thought process How do we see the glass half empty or half full Positive versus negative
It sounds easier said then done but once you open your mind to it you will be able to be more tolerable and have more patient
    hope this helped
