Give me some basic tips! No source links! I need you to tell me what things you know about trying to become more social and have good social skills that are appropriate and how to become less afraid, nervous, and shy.

Not sure what to get the little ones for Christmas this year? Check out Baby Einstein Takealong Tunes for Christmas. It’s like an iPod for Toddlers.

well a lot of this depends on your age but…
basically one of the best ways to improve yourself is do **** that adds character to yourself.
instead of watching tv, playing video games, etc…
DO stuff that adds layers onto your life (exercise, read FREQUENTLY, learn, go on trips/adventures)
people that do **** are interesting to people, and being knowledgeable gives you something to talk about.
also, constantly do **** that scares the **** out of you. i used to be terrified in speaking in public, i took public speaking classes. it is the BEST way to break social phobias. force yourself to do it and after a couple of tries, it gets easier. One of the best lessons to learn in life is to chill out because **** doesn’t matter NEARLY as much as you think it does

You just go up and say hey to people. You have to find someone doing something or saying something that is of similar interest. If you see someone looking or reading or listening to something you like, go and talk to them about it. It always makes a great conversation and never is really inappropriate. The more you talk to people, the easier it becomes.

    Practice is the answer.
As hard and uncomfortable as it is, the more you put yourself in social situations, the more you will adapt to how people work..

Become a waitress/server - you are forced to talk to people and come out of your shell.
