How Do I Transfera Computer Program From My Netbook To My Desktop?
September 23rd, 2009 by admin | Filed under technie stuff.I have just download Handbrake, a DVD converter program, onto my Netbook. How do I transfer it to my desktop computer using my memory stick. I have tried putting it on the memory stick but it says it is just the shortcut.

You’ll have to put the actual installation file of Handbrake on the drive…you can’t move an “installed” program from one computer to the other.
If it is a PC program, go into the Hard Disk and into Program Files and copy over the whole folder for the program. If it is a Mac, go into Applications and copy it from there.
