How To Train My Toy Poodle To Stay In The Basket While I Cycle?

I got a 4 months old puppy.
I cycle a lot and would like to bring my toy poodle with me.
But she doesn’t stay in the basket, she wants to jump out always.
I understand she’s afraid, so I tried giving her treats while she’s inside but she’s still scared and always want to jump out.
Any advice on how to keep her in the basket without trying to jump out?
The basket is big enough for her to lie down, sit and turn around.

How To Get The Pee Smell Out Of A Toy That Cannot Be Washed?

My almost three year old got in her toy box after my second daughter was born and went potty on her toys for attention. I was able to wash everything except this programed talking elmo the my late father bought for her and I cannot stand to put it in the trash. Is there anything I can do. I put kid and pet cleaner (all natural) from target on there but it still smells like pee. HELP it’s her favorite toy.

How Do Dogs Know When They Got A New Toy/treat?

Before it’s even out of the store bag, how is it possible? These past 2 weeks I have brought bags home with a toy or 2 in it.. The dogs will smell it and start going nuts! Wagging their tail, barking at me to “hurry up” and an occasional cry of joy. Same thing with treat bags. Btw, I only buy them toys once a month or so.
How do the dogs know that the thing in the bag is their new toy? Do your dogs do this?

I am a female and my male cousin told me he wanted this for Christmas. He has video games, but he said that he remembered playing with one when he was younger and he stated that it was actually more fun than video games. He is 13. There are so many to choose from in stores and onlne. I don’t really know what to look for. I don’t want to spend a lot of money and the toy not be worth it. But if it’s worth it, I will definitely spend the money. Any help would be appreciated.
