Anxiety Attacks
March 15th, 2011 by admin | Filed under Uncategorized. My sisters child Anna, my niece, supposedly just had a panic attack this weekend and could not breath. She is only 15 years old. I did not even know that teenagers could have panic attacks. However, after reading an article called teenage panic attacks, I am apparently misled.
Panic attacks and/or anxiety attacks are a very common phenomenon.
Apparently, many doctors try to medicate for a disease like this an they medicate with heavy drugs such as Prozac.
This is terrible. Seriously, what could be worse for a teenager than mind-altering drugs. It’s like our society says, “just pop a pill and solve all of your problems.”
Anyway, I introduced Anna to breathing for stress and anxiety, a site that tells you how to treat anxiety through changes any personal behavior.
I am hoping that she learns how to control this naturally because she is my niece and I want her to lead a normal life!
