I’m a married woman, so you wouldn’t think this type of book would be for someone like me. But since I have a very good sense of humor and don’t offend easily, I loved it!
I like this author, too. He attacks the serious topic of divorce with a sense of humor and writes as if he’s having a face-to-face conversation with the reader. With every page I turned, I could feel a growing group of imaginary men over my shoulder yelling, “Heck, yeah!” and “You tell ‘em, Joe!”
Going through divorce is one of the critical life events, which can be the most difficult time of the life. As I heard from friends,
it can easily break anyone and it can be especially hard for the children. So it was interesting and entertaining to read this humorously written advice from a man’s point of view.
This book is written in a humorous, sometimes ironic, easy-to-read style.
Perfect for any man or father preparing for a divorce.
If you’re in the same situation, get prepared and eliminate all your doubts and fears. This will at least help you to feel more comfortable and confident. Most important: You won’t loose your sense of humour by being guided through all kind of possible confrontations.

SO,FINDING HUMOR DURING THE PROCESS IS NOT EASY BUT IT IS NECESSARY FOR SURVIVAL. This book is a hilarious presentation of very sound advice for a person during a stressful time.
Though written from a man’s perspective, it can be entertaining and helpful for women. It is a very easy read for someone who is not in a state of mind for the arduous task of plowing through the usual “self-help” guides to the various crises in life.
The glossary provides good basic definitions of legal jargon that are useful while amusing the reader with clever alternative meanings. The last two pages of the book (before the glossary) impart a message that is critically important for EVERY parent to remember.
